Didn’t do what you set out to do yesterday? This morning? That’s okay. Begin again, here, in this moment. Close your eyes and breathe into your being. When you are mindful of your being, all that you’d like to do will happen with greater ease. Don’t dwell on what you didn’t do, nor even what you want to do. Set an intention and then be in the moment. And the next moment. Worry only about your being, and your doing will take care of itself.
