The first part of this story – that people were standing on the transparent ledge 103 floors up in the air and heard what they thought was the glass cracking beneath their feet – is so amazingly terrifying to me as someone who has a horrific fear of heights that I feel as if I’ll never be able to go to Chicago now just because this once happened.
