There’s examples of LGBT characters in comics, but can you think of any comics you’d recommend about someone being confused about their sexuality? A lot of LGBT comics characters are there and they’re self-assured, and I just don’t really relate to that. Anything off the top of your head?

I remember My Faith in Frankie doing a pretty good job with this, but it’s been a few years since I read it.

Off the top of my head, both Millennium Fever and Enigma come to mind – but both are Vertigo comics from the ‘90s (and both with Duncan Fegredo on art, oddly enough.)

Hey, I absolutely love your blog, it’s the one thing that gets me out of bed on Monday mornings <3 I was thinking about getting Marvel Unlimited bc I'm way too broke to buy all the books I wanna read and it's mostly the older runs I'm looking for (just finished New Mutants v1 and it was awesome). I think you mentioned it a couple of times in the podcast, would you recommend it? I read somewhere that it's not really worth it for laptop and phone and I don't have a tablet, so I'm a bit unsure.
You do know that Marvel was the first to have black superheroes and black people in their comics, right? And that Nick Fury was white in the comics originally? As a black woman I’m all for more representation, but you have to acknowledge what has already been done and who is responsible for it before complaining. This should read: Why hasn’t a Black Panther movie been made? Let’s push for that.
I’m gonna steer clear of comics-relatd questions, as I’m sure you’ll get a fair share of those today, so: what are three sort-of-recent book-books you’d recommend without reservation?
