A full month’s worth of comic reading where much of the spine was revisiting the Mark Waid Daredevil comic run that is, arguably, most remembered for Chris Samnee joining midway through and becoming a comic book icon in the process. Let’s, instead, note that I also started re-reading the Micronauts this past month, and — in a move that I’m still unsure what I was thinking — also read all of Jeph Loeb and Jim Lee’s “Hush 2” Batman storyline (sorry, “H2SH,” as it’s inexplicably stylized) in one sitting, because sometimes idle hands really do do the Devil’s Work, I guess. I also re-read all of Kieron Gillen and Caspar Wijngaard’s The Power Fantasy in one weekend, despite promising myself I’d only do an issue a day at first, purely because it really is that fun, and that good. Ah well.
