Prose read in January (Well, prose finished; there’s also a couple of books I didn’t finish, and Slayground was pretty much done before New Year but I’m counting it anyway). For what it’s worth, Swimming Home was disappointing for Levy, an author I tend to adore, and The Blackbird was far, far more enjoyable to me than Slayground.

Outside of The Blackbird, the Dredd book was the pleasant surprise of the month – a cheap digital release, I bought it on a whim during December but didn’t really get into it at the time, then revisited it last month and found myself happily engrossed.
